Construction time - Not!!

Finally...after a long wait from our first deposit on 3rd of September 2014 - we finally got the dates for the temporary fencing all the way to slab as below

·         Temp Fence – 25^th March 2015

·         Site Cut & Toilet – 25^th March 2015

·         Set Out & Bin26th March 2015

·         Electricity – 30^th March 2015

·         Drains – 30^th March 2015

·         Bored Piers – 27^th March 2015

·         Slab Start – 1^st April 2015

·         Slab Pour – 7^th April 2015

On the 21st of March 2015, we went to our block of land to make sure everything is OK before the construction starts.

On the evening of 25 March 2015, we went there again to see if the temporary fencing had been put in place; however we found out that Stockland's contractor was doing some work and they blocked the access to our section and destroyed the crossover section. Our temporary fencing was not able to be put on properly.
