The fix
These pictures below shows the fixes that have been done by the builder based on the inspection reports that Darbecca provided. We've found independent inspection really worth it as Carlisle Homes does not provide inspection on pre-plaster stage - they only use the site supervisor to inspect the pre-plaster stage.

In a number of locations the mixers or the water outlet has been installed via notching the studs depth by 30 mm or greater |

There are a number of bowed/out of alignment walls in the home that exceeded the allowance of 4 mm tolerance over 2 m. These walls have been marked with pink spray paint (B or OOA). |
